Most brides I talk with tell me they have dreamed of this day for a long time. Having a dream wedding takes a lot of planning and preparation. The Venue you choose can make or break your special day. Below is a list of things to think about when selecting The Venue to host your fair tail wedding.
Think About What is Included
Do we need to rent tables and chairs, are linens included, can we setup the day before, do we need to clean up after the event?
Consider Your Guests' Experience
Is venue close to a hotel (for out of town guest), If your ceremony is on location will it be easy for all your guest to get from ceremony site to reception area?
Know Your Guest List
Make sure the Venue you pick will accommodate all your guest and the vendors you plan to have i.e. Photo Booth, DJ, Catering, Sweets Station etc.
Choose a Venue that Aligns with Your Vision
Don't settle after all this is your big day. With so many options to choose from, take your time and do site visits. Make a list of everything you would like, talk with each venue about what they offer. Tell them the things you plan to have and make sure it all works. Don't wait until the last minute to pick your venue. Most reputable venues book up a year or more in advance. Save the stress and start looking as soon as you can.
